EDF Unique Units - Omega Legion

Adds a new special forces unique unit to my previous Earth Defense Force civilization - the Omega Legion.

====Description====
Replacing the XCOM Squad, the Omega Legion is a powerful elite unit available to the EDF that is easily capable of tackling a wide variety of special missions. From strategic assaults on enemy positions or infrastructure, to first strike operations, there is very little that the Omega Legion cannot do. This is due to its Combat Strength value of 120 and its Force Deployment custom promotion - which enables it to redeploy in force anywhere on the entire map at a moment's notice. Because of this, no battlefield is too far for the Omega Legion, and no enemy position is safe from their wrath. However, the Omega Legion pays for this power in its cost to construct, as it has a significantly increased Production cost over its vanilla counterpart and requires two Iron per squad to build.
