EDF Unique Units - AAX Raven

Adds the AAX Raven gunship to the arsenal of my previous Earth Defense Force civilization.

====Description====
The AAX Raven is a fast and powerful reconnaissance gunship available to the Earth Defense Force that uses additional strength and speed to scout the battlefield and perform hit-and-run attacks with ease. While it does not receive the anti-armor promotion of the Helicopter Gunship it replaces, its Combat Strength value of 85 allows it to face enemy forces in direct combat more easily than its vanilla counterpart, and its Movement speed of 7 allows it to traverse the battlefield much more quickly than the aircraft of other Civilizations. In addition the AAX Raven requires no Strategic Resources to build.
