Description
Completed the National Hero achievement using this tactic, also won numerous trophies on a Chelsea game. Currently being used by a few of my tactis group on various teams to good success including Manchester City, Nottingham Forest and more. Switch AF to CF if you have such a luxury.

Just Google "how to delete a cached file from steam workshop", there is easy enough instructions to overcome this issue, I've had to do it also.

After you hit the subscribe button it should download to your tactics folder, then you can go to your tactics screen and load it from there. If it is not working, it is a steam issue, nothing to do with me. If you subscribed to it once before it might be cached and that is preventing it from downloading again, this happens frequently with workshop mods on steam.
