You guys are too slow/quiet .... so I changed the hostage layout to make use of the gallows in the center of town! 1 of 3 potential hostage positions will be out on the platform, the other two inside the yellow structure. Ts spawning in the boxes behind yellow, and CTs near the shed outside of the graveyard

Also noticed a couple spots where collision wasn't working on props, I think i fixed that, but I ruined the lighting in the process... I am fixing that right this moment, added soundscape as well, nothing fancy just dust2

I kept the same spawn points from the bomb map, since the encounter zones seem decent there. Hostage rescue is at the train station... LMK if you think there is a better/more interesting layout- I just wanted to get the cs_ version up quickly when I sat down yesterday!
