Starfleet Academy Wonder

Description
Adds Starfleet Academy as a wonder. Works with Gods and Kings. I will test to see if it works with Brave New World when it comes out. If It dosen`t I will make a version that does. This is my first mod so any feedback is appreciated. I intend to make other Star Trek mods such as civilizations, and possibly a scenario. Starfleet Academy gives newly built air units in the city where it was built 20 XP. It also gives a free great person, five science, a scientist specialist slot, and ten percent extra production for spaceship parts in all cities. I do no claim to own the Star Trek francise or any of its characters. Film rights belong to Paramount Pictures and the Star Trek universe was desgined by Gene Roddenberry.

now make the klingon empire! and the federation! and cardassians! and romulans! and dominion! and borg! and have 5 federations all led by each captain! janeway and sisko are just as good as picard and kirk, if not better. I NEED STAR TREK MODS!

Venetian is mostly right.

United Federation of Planets: government/state

Starfleet: "navy" (space ships)

MACO: marines (ground forces)

Section 31: spec ops and espionage

The name of the Federation was never starfleet. starfleet is the military of the federation, although starfleet WAS founded before the federation (in its pre-federation days it was the military of united earth)
