The two parabellu... parabelli? parabellums? a gestapo officer commissioned for himself? Hrrm, so you have been ignoring your dear old butler's ramblings after all. There were, long ago, two parabellum pistols, with gold finish and silver engraving, that a gestapo officer (close to der furher himself, I may add) had made for himself near the end of the war. Fancy things, yes. Nice, very nice. But the funny thing about all this is, he only had them for a few months, after which an American paratrooper killed him in a battle and pocketed them as trophies. Years pass, the guns get lost, nobody's sure where they are. And then, suddenly, an old associate of mine calls saying he found them in a back alley in Giza. Most odd, is it not? But, all the same, these fine weapons have finally found a new owner deserving of them, I presume."

"You do know, there's a little bit of an interesting... rumor about these famed golden parab... is the plural just parabellum again or not? Ruddy germans and their nonsense language. According to myth, the gestapo officer was the most feared man in the bundeswehr, second only to Hitler himself. People called him a demon, a specter, a vampire, because of his aura of discomfort, his intimidating yet collected demeanor, and his glasses which always had this strange... shimmer to them. And also according to the myth, the paratrooper didn't kill the officer - the officer's body was never found. Come to think of it, neither was the paratrooper. I wonder what happened to him..."

I wanted to do something with gold, something for the Akimbo Parabellum Pistols, and something with The Dentist and this was the result. It looks rather nice, doesn't it?

I wish I could have done something a little more intricate, but the UV maps for the Parabellum are a bit of a mess and I couldn't make heads or tails of them. At least I was able to do something for the grips, though, which helps to sell this skin. At least, I think it does.

Before I forget, as usual it supports all mods (i.e. the dentist will always be staring at you regardless of what grip you use) for the weapon and is available via BeardLib with a link to a repository containing this and all of the other skins I've made publicly available on my profile. So that's nice, if you like this skin but don't like the odds of another community safe happening.
