GAME START - PLANET TYPES UNLOCKED FOR COLONIZATION

With this mod the player can determine wich planet types his empire can colonize at the beginning of the game.
In order to make this possible, not the technologies but the capabilities of colonization are directly unlocked.
This leaves the technology horizon at the start of the game still mainly free to explore.

So that the traits do not affect the further design of the custom faction, they are not counted.
A trait COL2-EXTRA POINTS 500 wich gives extra points for selecting other traits exists.
