this is the workshop content files, the mods themselves.
look for the tag 1581204661, this number is on the url of this mod, it's how the content files are organized
open that folder and delete the .cache file

try deleting the sound cache located in content and then unsubscribing from the mod then resubscribing

remember that people don't make mods correctly, you might have a mod that replaces all the sounds into the vanilla ones because they thought they needed all the files
