1x2 Auto Light Controller

Description
Simple Microprocessor to control lights automatically, hook up clock to green and lights to red they will turn on at 5pm game time time and turn off at 8am, can be adjusted by changing threshold, 0 = midnight, 12 = noon, 24 = midnight
