Description
This mod fixes Luthor Harkon's lack of overcast when he restores his mind and gets access to the Lore of the Deep.

It does work, but it's not that useful. It lets Luthor overcast but it doesn't give him the reduced Winds cost that you get when you invest skill points into spells, making Vangeist's Revenge and Kraken's Call cost your entire pool. You're better off just embedding a Vampire with Deep Lore instead.

I don't believe so, it just allows him to overcast, the skilltree is the same.

@[FS] Kapitan Wolfgang Yes you do. CA still has not fixed it so at this point I think they don't want him to be able to overcast.

I hit update on all my mods on the new launcher, let me know if it doesn't show as updated or if there are any problems.

CA hasn't fixed it. This one is still needed.
