Surgeon Simulator 2013 Death Theme

This is the death theme when you kill the patient, or reach up to the space level from Surgeon Simulator. I edited the theme to make sure it would fit.

As of 7/18/2013, a L4D Version has been made for the original survivors. This version is a little edited from the L4D2 version to make sure the theme would fit since the limit is 52 seconds while the limit for the L4D2 version is 56 seconds.
