Description
Compatible 3.14*

Disables races by default, except for United Nations of Earth (restriction patch 3.9).
Disables races from mods.
Write here the name of the mod if you want to remove a race.

This one. Assuming the mods didn't overwrite the files in the prescripted_counties and instead made their own file with their new pre-scripted empires. But since most mod authors just overwrite the vanilla files, that's likely not the case.

Is there a version of this mod that disables all vanilla pre-scripted and still keeps the pre-scripted from mods?
