Description
If your HP level is less than value in "lowhp_count" var, the screen will start pulsing.
This addon using effect from tf2 but you don`t required that.

I think its nice but i would like to see some BLOOD on screen, also, why its like lil bit orange? And i just sayin. i dont sayin that you need to add blood.

it apperentely snaps a picture, and uses that for the lowhp screen
