[OBSOLETE] Megastructure Rebalance

This mod will no longe be updated, since the 2.2 megastructure output that inspired this mod has been revamped by PDX in 2.3

Hello there.

This mod aims to adjust some megastructure's effects to the revamped economy of Stellaris: MegaCorp. I expect PDX to react to the communities feedback regarding megastructure values soon anyways, for now here's a small mod for the issue.

A version of this mod that allows for limitless megastructure construction can be found here.

The following megastructures have been modified; therefore this mod will conflict with others that influence these buildings.

#1 Dyson Sphere
Energy Credits are much more valuable, and with the new megastructures added in MegaCorp, there's even more buildings that need high Energy Upkeep. To balance this, I felt the need to power up the Dyson Sphere a tad. After all, we've captured an entire star.

#3 Science Nexus
I felt that the Science Nexus was extremely underpowered in the late game, where you usually get to build thos structures. It would give 225 (250) Research Points, which was a good boost pre 2.2.
With the revamp, planets have a significantly higher research output and outshine the Science Nexus with ease -- and less resources.
Note: The Research Speed Boost from 2.2.2 also applies here. I still think the flat research output should be boosted, so numbers remain increased as follows. Building Time increase of 2.2.2 applies, however I chose NOT to include the alloy cost increase. Alloy costs per stage remain at 12.500 Alloys.

#6 Matter Decompressor
Same thing that I had in mind for the Dyson Sphere applied here. While this is a new megastructure, there's loads of buildings nibbling away at your minerals. Especially an economic power that would go for megastructures and dedicated refinery, forge or manufacturing worlds would need an adequate bonus for constructing a Matter Decompressor.

I'm currently looking into creating some completely new megastructures as well, but for now, enjoy this little rebalance.

@Peter34 Kinda forgot about multiple megastructure madness, apologies for that! I'm looking into creating a separate version that enables multiple megastructures per system/per blueprint. It's getting late tho, so it'll have to wait until tomorrow.
Idk if the way this was modified is still the same as before, I tried using “construction_blocks_others = no” the way it’s used for Habitat megastructures, but that doesn’t seem to work for “Galactic Wonders” megastructures.
Might have to delete the line that gives the “has_built_xxx_flag”, but dunno if that fucks things up for the AI ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’ll check and hopefully have something tomorrow evening.

@PQUNDCAKE I agree, after playing a bit more I realized the buffing didn't quite do it justice yet. I didn't want to go too high with the initial RoI of energy upkeep, but I see now that it needed a bit more value still. I went ahead and did an update to the numbers of the Nexus which I believe compete a bit better with tech worlds now.

I'd argue that nexus should be higher tbh, with just 3 of the tier 2 research buildings and not even a institute to buff them further, a single planet was out-shining the nexus with a assist research vessel, all without having to dedicate a large number of alloys and time.

I feel like the nexus should at LEAST be 600-ish, seeing as base research times were slowed down in 2.2 as well.

yes it would peter, the multiple build at a time just adds a tag after the defines. to make this also rebalance and let them build multiples he would need to add, construction_blocks_others = no ,
after the portirait line in the code at the tops of the defines for each stage.

Does this mod conflict with ones that allows you to build several Megastructures simultaneosly? Or allows you to have several of the same Megastructure?
