The Akua Delux Resort is a lvl20 size class 20 base.
ADR has all the basics.
ADR has 2 hanger bays one for cargo and the other for repair and other uses if wish to do so
ADR is best enjoyed by spawning on water or shoreside to enjoy it's pool.
ADR is made for both Mutiplayer use (but maybe limited to what servers it can be placed on) and single player use.
ADR is not cheap to build with heffty amount of matirals needed.
ADR has 63 growing plots.
ADR has some areas that are not decorated and or low amount of decorations so that the person or persons can customize it to there own.

thats sound like a bug or you didn't place it correctly try spawning it in in creative and figure out the spawn hight to prevent the problem also big base build can sometimes be a pain in the butt even if you did nothing wrong.
i also reccomend that you take a look at the updated version of it it looks nicer and more up to date but it was last updated in A9.4 so yeah.
i really need to update it again.

looks nice; placed one deco block on one of the empty floors and half the building collapsed. Not cool after using all those resources and time...

they probbly won't use it it not really pratical in terms of a POI use. it is good for SP and possably MP but it will not hold up in PvP. it also cost alot of resorces so it more or less a end game luxury kinda thing has many uses but i don't think it will be any good for POI but it would still be nice if they added it in maybe for like a trader post maybe at best.

I am in awe if you build skills - no really, I mean that - this design is so clever with the use of water.

If they don't add this as an "offical" design used in the game for a POI they are idiots.
