[WIP] NS 2248 MassTrans Diesel Electric Locomotive

MassTrans Inc. is a cargo transporting company with a department called TownLink, which specialises in public transport. This vehicle is owned by MassTrans Inc. Please ask us for permission before modifying or using our vehicles.

The 2200 Class is a diesel electric locomotive used by NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen), originally built in 1955 to replace the steam locomotives that were still used. Along it came the Plan E coach to replace the wooden carriages used by steam locomotives. It was used for both passenger and freight operations. 150 were built. The original locomotive could originally go 106km/h, but was later limited to 100km/h.

WIP VEHICLE! The communication system will be implemented based on SRC standards and the couplers are SRC compliant. This means it will be able to connect to SRC Compliant vehicles, but cannot communicate yet. There is also a generator throttle. I plan to automate the generator so it makes enough to compensate for the consumption, but I first want to wait on the SRC controller.

Be sure to turn on the circuit breakers, otherwise the locomotive simply will not work.
