The Exception Protocol's Monitor type Destroyer is a heavily armed and armored war-drone designed to screen and repel similar sized or smaller war ships or strike craft. Monitor types are used to escort other Exception ships and protect them from light attacks. Like all Exception war-drones, the Exterminator type is coated in thick heavy armor, further reinforced by empty space which not only makes the craft lighter but cuts the material cost of unnecesary systems and protects existing components from radius effect of explosives hitting the armor.
