Changes the Icons on the minimized side menu to be the same size as when expanded.

Easier to tell what they are if you keep it locked in minimized mode, and the expanding animation is a lot less jarring with the icons remaining the same size and in the same place.

Also remove the small gap between the expanded menu and the top bar.


Modifies main.gui in the interface files, so will be incompatible with anything else doing so


Issues: The closing animation is still a bit jarring, couldn't figure out a way to make it better. Should be fine since your eyes should be moving away along with the cursor.

The widened bar also clips a bit with some of the menus, I may fix this if it annoys me enough.
