Commander Mod Test

This is just for demonstration purposes. It shows how to mod a commander's weapons. The same can be done for materials and devices.

1) Scattershot's heavy mortar fires twice while the commander's power is activated (commander mod of original game)
2) Scattershot's EMP fires two rockets (commander mod of weapon_pack mod)
3) Scattershot's Atom Cannon (from Tanya's mod) fires two projectiles, two seconds apart (commander mod of a custom mod)
4) The laser fires 10 evenly spread rockets (mod of original game with weapon_pack projectile)
5) The heavy rocket fires one rocket instead of two (mod of weapon_pack weapon)
