40 Foot Rail Tanker (Faster Fill/Drain)

Description
This 40 foot tanker holds 37365 liters of liquid and is based off of a D&RG tank car. Fill it with diesel, or maybe water or jet fuel? Crude oil on a rail ferry ship?

This vehicle has pumps to increase the speed of liquid transfer. It isn't much (maybe a 10% gain), but it is something. Otherwise it is identical to the other version.
