! !x2 Jobs and Housing from Districts

Looking for a way to avoid worrying about overpopulation and unemployment most of the game? well this mod is for you!

This mod multiplies EVERY district's housing and job creation values by 2, including habitat and arcology districts. It may not give a very balanced experience, but it will make resource generation for small empires a lot easier (playing tall ftw)
