Traits: Better Refineries

Description
As I have heard many complaints about how one can increase the number, but not efficiency of jobs for alloy and strategic resources and I was updating some mods for other busy people anyway... here it is. For now it's only a small thing with some traits that increase the output for those jobs, more traits (also negative ones) and techs are planned and will probably arrive shortly. Have fun, everyone!

(Also, for reasons unknown the icons look crap, they looked just fine in the editor. I first used any kind of graphic editor yesterday [playing with Paint as 8yrs old doesn't count] so any support is appreciated)

what about exotic resources like dark matter for those who use the Enigmatic Technologies Traits & Civics?

Alright, can't wait! It'll really enhance early game, I think, because I'll slap the trait on my droids immediately and get some nice bonuses. Is there a 1 point, 2 point, and 4 point version that gives 5%, 10%, and 25% respectively?

@Dragon of Desire I'm still fighting with the icons issue that I can't seem to solve, but I will update it with the robotic traits soon, even if I'm still annoyed that I suck at graphic designs -.- I hate doing things halfway and this was just a prototype, but I hoped to have it poished by now.

CG and robot traits: good points, I mostly play hives so the needs of normal people tend to be overlooked easily.

Amenities will have to wait for a bit until I have found a way to do it with the least amount of conflicts; right now, thanks to how the game handles them, the trait itself does nothing; it is literally just a placeholder. The -jobs- for amenity production then check if the person working there has the according trait, which means I'll have to replace the entire jobs file which is likely to conflict with a bunch of other files, including those refering to buildings. It's planned but right now the code makes it difficult.

Can you make similar traits available for robots? Also no trait for artisans?

Please add a similar Trait for Consumer Good production. And preferably also a Trait that gives a smaller bonus to both Consumer Goods and Alloys?

About the Icons: Looks like you saved the icons with only 1 bit alpha, normaly they use the DDS3 or DDS5 presets.
