This is no longer being developed, there may be a few bugs however the addon is still functional to some degree

Here are some of the intended functionalities which make this different to the other SWEPS
-Smaller file size so it doesn't kill your server / game

Upon another player seeing his face he will attack the player (as intended of course, i'm not going to write out the entire wiki here)
Pressing R will trigger his crying noise when not enraged (this used to require a seporate addon)

Removed the 'le sogma de hui hui baguette' sentences since they're annoying as hell
Zombies can be cured back using 'the cure'
Zombies have improved sweps (off another addon which works and doesn't permanently ♥♥♥♥ the player)
Like in the game, the hand is held out with no baton :D

To set his PD type this in console (wherever you want the PD to be) 106_setpd
No music or effects unfortunately :(

173 - Mildly bugged
I have to admit, 173 is bugged as in you cant change weapons without standing to a halt
However the problem with not being able to change jobs has been rectified on servers (hopefully)
Can't move as easy when looked at (if you have no clue what I mean look at the wiki)

Sets nearby players on fire, walk around as a ball of flames and not die :)
