Fuel usage calculator

Description
Very simple Microcontroller that estimates the time until depletion of fuel or batteries in minutes. Make sure to hook up ALL your fuel tanks and/or ADD components for the time to be accurate. Batteries only need one hooked up. Be sure to also check out my custom data screen which has fuel remaining calculation built in! Yes, time remaining is measured in minutes

Hey, I've installed this microcontroller into three different vehicles thus far, and it works great. Out of curiousity; however, would you care to explain how the function works with the equation given? I'm stumped in how it results in the fuel time remaining.
