Description
Potestas is a map that should be well suited for the Industries, Parklife and Mass Transit DLCs.
There's plenty of gameplay possibilities, vast amounts of flat build space for huge cities as well as more interesting terrain for more sophisticated work.

Requirements
The map is (in parts) quite detailed. You can subscribe to all used assets with the above One-Click-Collection (LINK).
On the right I've only listed the very essential assets you need for the map to be playable. Technically, the theme is also optional.
In the linked collection I've written a short description for the use of each asset, in case you might want to choose them individually.
No DLCs required.

Thank you to all the wonderful Creators out there! :)

Recommendations
I've used the Relight (Neutral) LUT and Daylight Classic for all screenshots.
The Cleyra theme looks very good with most LUTs though.
I'd also recommend the 81 Tiles Mod.
Without the "Unhide all props/trees on level loading" or "Anarchy always on" options enabled with the Prop and Tree Anarchy Mod you might be missing a bit of detailing here and there.

Infrastructure
I've mostly used two lane highways. However, there's no need to worry about their capacity in my opinion, as Cims are terrible at making use of more lanes anyways.
Also the central highway section has no outside traffic flow at all.
There's a rail route poking into the Start Square that's branching off of the surrounding routes. So you can go ahead and delete it, if you want.

Resources
The map should be very much ready for the Industries DLC.
Ore resources within farm fields (hedges of Ash trees) are a mixture of ore and fertile land. Therefore they should be usable for both.

Have fun! :)

A breath of fresh air, great map and beautifully detailed. You will need cloud and fog toggler mod, 81 tiles mod and move it mod, train line nodes are to close to the edge of the map so extend the node further out to accommodate a train, 1,5 times its length. It backs up terribly.

Am here in 2023 while recording the Top 100 Maps of all time. Contrary to the 'recent' comments from 2019 and 2020 the map does work, has no collection errors, traffic is spawning etc. These issues may be related to mod errors of their time. But to clarify, other than one minor current mod related issue (my fault, not ZOSO's) this map works perfectly.

Map is terrible. When zoomed out just a little the trees blur. I don't have this issue with other maps. A lot of errors concerning missing assets from the collection.

Ok, im using the cleyra and the relight neutral, but it's impossible to get the same aspect that i see in the screenshots... Should i use classic sun position and color? Should i put some value at the global light or ambient light? Everything look less vibrant! :-(

Beautiful Map.

Beautiful map. One thing though, there is no traffic from outside connections, only traffic your cims generate. Is that some sort of glitch?

right...
just opened the map in game with only 81 tiles mod on - got a blue sky only. 81 tiles seems to work on any other map, so what am i missing here? is it a problem with network extension - any map with that mod doesn't seem to work at the moment.

Thanks, @TonyPa! That's exactly what I was trying to go for.

I enjoy this map quite a lot. It's easy to build on but difficult to master. And it's gorgeous.
