This Killing Floor's mod replaces the Patriarch's theme with Raining Blood, the famous song by Slayer

NOTE: In case it DOESN'T WORK, unsubscribe, then go into your KF folder
...\steamapps\common\KillingFloor\Music\
and delete KF_Abandon.ogg and after you've done this, subscribe again.
