Observer Mod

Description
Adds a new specialization, which gives +125 vision range, true sight, night vision, +25 defense and +25 resistance to all units belonging to that player.

Intended for "observing" players only, in multiplayer games. Works nicely with the observe mode (activated with "o" -button).

Any player can be an observer, you just select the observer specialization at start.

This looks like a great mod to help if ever there is combatative games that require a judge nice work , have to try it out , which player slot gets the designation as observer the host or a set player # ? and is that optional to adjust somehow ?.....or can u just drag down any seat and set it to oberver ?
