Description
Modifies the puppet parameters of the Kleer to wait .27 seconds before firing their chainballs, instead of the .5 second wait that was added in the latest Fusion update.

It's not intended to be identical to the original stats, it's merely a modification.

Kleers don't seem to have some kind of delay before firing their Chainballs. Same as after just like in Serious Sam 3.

Maybe check the 2010 Serious Sam HD Editor because their delay before firing is set to 0.
