research north npc base for some snow region

bit of a season type build for christmas

Buried deep under the snow in the north lies a place of mystical things - Research North ☾❄☽

option to convert this into a full fledged npc tradingstation (its more intended to be a research station)

(it's an npc station, if you wanne use this a s a playerbase, remember it has no turrets)

notes:
- bunch of areas: 2x labors, security/armory, lobby, hallway, lecture room, engineering, cargo area, cafeteria, lounge, crewroom, playerroom(middle one at top), single/captain room
(basicly things so the npcs could work and live there)
- lots of advertisement for Research North, the best Research there is XD
- 18 growpots
- bunch of things set to 0000 for global buildrequirements: equipment, doors, tradeconsole, playerroom things (all groups marked in device list)
- spots for 3 traders (cafeteria=foodstuff, mediccenter=medic stuff, cargo area= supplys/weapons/ore?)
- atm in lobby
- spot for tradeconsole either in loby if you remove tree or where the same looking deco computer consoles stand (lounge,hallway,microlab)
- no real teleporter spot, but you could put this one in the lobby too instead of tree or maybe on the balcony in the microlab
- small hidden compartment with container to loot growsection left bakc corner

(uses default 2 colors in case they get reset)
