Report a translation problem
This mission doesn't contain any scripts or functions which edit damage output, so it could be due to the fact that weapons/ammunition from different mods have inconsistent damage models, or possibly that the AI in question killed you with a headshot.
I think this version has a respawn script, which should work when you die when starting it via Scenarios. Otherwise if you just run this mission via a LAN server, you should be able to respawn normally like in other multiplayer missions.

The loot isn't spawned dynamically on the ground (this caused FPS issues and wouldn't delete properly), but ever map has several types of crates/containers which contain random loot depending on the container type, just like in Escape from Tarkov.
