Description

This microcontroller calculates fuel fraction, flow and estimation.
Inputs:
* Fuel - Current fuel
* Max Fuel - Maximum fuel volume
Outputs:
* Fuel 0-1 - Fuel fraction from 0 (empty) to 1 (full)
* Fuel Flow - Fuel change rate per second
* ETR - Estimated time until empty tank (negative) or until full tank (positive). Falls to defined maximum value (999999 by default) when there is no fuel flow
