Better Startup for POSTAL 2

Description
Something I've made out of boredom for one of my favorite games of all time POSTAL 2.

I've added a few more objects, changed the textures of the walls and I've added "On Silent Wings" as the startup music.

To install it, go to your "Steam/steamapps" folder, then go to "Workshop/Content/223470/1592868691/", copy the Startup map there and paste it in the maps folder of your Postal2Complete root folder.
