Addendum to prior comment: You must also copy and paste that line into the TradeLogic (dot) LUA and DiscussionDialog (dot) LUA files. Otherwise it will only display the proper images on the normal diplomacy screens, not when they come to you with trade offers, declarations, requests, etc.

Note that if you are using non-standard CIVs you will need to add them to the override table in the Override\LeaderHeadRoot (dot) LUA file, in the format:
["(LEADER_INTERNAL_NAME)"] = "(name of .dds file used as their diplomacy image)"

The "LEADER_INTERNAL_NAME" should be displayed if you look in the modded civ's Diplomacy XML file. As an example: "LEADER_SHINKI" for the Touhou Makai civ.

Do I need to do anything else to install this other than "Subscribe"?

The absolute maximum is 63 players (civs + cities), so 43 civs+57 city states is impossible

Does this mod work with the mod that makes the cap 62 civs?

Will not show up I guess its an old game time to give up on it...

Not sure why subscirbed but only this mod will not show up. The GK mod fix will show up can you use that instead?

does this DLL also include the changes from the AI mods?

SoHigh calm down with 43 civs and 57 CS europe would be SO FULL
