GMV Maui Pomare - Environmentally-Triggered Sinking

Description
If you are looking for a more authentic sinking experience than just running into rocks or hitting a hidden sink button, the GMV Maui Pomare might be just what you are looking for. Instead of user-defined sinking characteristics, I've simulated metal failure in the old hull of this New Zealand inter-island passenger-freighter so that as you encounter more and more weather, the more damage your hull suffers. There are five hull sections that will fail (fall off) at various stress trigger points, and two superstructure failures that occur as well, along with various electrical failures as certain components get flooded. All of these are dependent on the weather conditions, specifically the wave height. That also means that each sink is different! I have had it roll and sink, roll and float, sink bow first, sink stern first, and settle evenly. Calm weather and/or seeking a sheltered cove when a storm rolls in are ways to extend your vessel's life! As each hull section fails you can see the debris in the water and feel the boat begin to respond more and more sluggishly until she finally slips beneath the waves.

This boat, for some mysterious reason, spawns with the engine room flooded. I have gone over the design and ensured there are no gaps below the waterline. The boat will still start with the engine room flooded, but for now the engine room itself seems bugged

While this boat is already a blast to play and features a detailed interior and engine room, there are things that I might still add.
1. The real GMV Maui Pomare featured 4 lifeboats and one motor launch. This is something I would like to add.
- Added 1 motor launch and 3 lifeboats, all functional (1/2/19)
2. There was no A/C on the GMV Maui Pomare, just lots and lots of vents. I might add this to provide larger crews additional things to manage, and to increase realism.
3. More data for the chief engineer - the helmsman doesn't have all the info!
- Added an aneometer, corrected some readings at the chief engineer station (1/2/19)
4. Refining failure points/times.
5. More deck detailing.
6. Refueling capabilities.
- Added 1/4/19
7. Added to list 1/2/19 - refine the bow. The real GMV Maui Pomare was still pretty vertical, but I think I can make it look a bit more appealing.

1/2/19 update - fixed some logic/wiring issues, flipped deck hatches around to be usable, added lifeboats/motor launch, added additional info for the chief engineer, fixed some interior paint

1/3/19 update - removed one deck failure point to try and fix flooding in engine room (didn't) and make sinking smoother/less laggy (did). Updated interior paint, some logic, added portholes.

1/4/19 update - Added additional interior detailing (engineering space, rear helm, forward cargo access), new portholes, new interior lights, new sinking failure point, "MAUI POMARE" to stern, fixed engine room flooding issue, refueling capabilities, fixed some wiring and logic. There is more I would like to do but I feel that I would have to completely redo the logic and some of the fundamental structure of the vessel. I've learned a lot and will be making a new environmentallly-triggered sinker soon, incorporating what I have learned from this ship. Unless some major change happens in-game, I'm calling this done.

Most of the major updates relate to multiplayer. I've been (well, before having to scramble with my day job thanks to COVID) experimenting with some things but I'm not happy with them. Just because I haven't uploaded something like this doesn't mean I haven't been trying to build something like this but better.

and, you said unless some major change happens, your calling it done, id say the update was a major change as it broke a ton of creations, and yet you cant manage to keep that promise?!

The problems with the updates seem to be substantial on these builds. I am thinking that I may attempt to rebuild using the new tools and everything - a lot can be improved on now.

I've tried a couple different fixes, but I haven't found the source issue with the door pieces. I may come back to this one once I finish what I'm working on currently. Thanks for keeping me up on my toes for this one!
