L4D1 survivors don't feel so good

Description
Bill, Francis, and Louis all have lines that say "I don't feel so good" among their goingtodie sounds. This mod replaces all goingtodie and goingtodielight sounds for the L4D1 survivors with each survivor's respective rendition of "I don't feel so good". Zoey normally only says "I don't feel so hot", but with a little sentence-mixing, the word "hot" becomes "good".

Now if only Valve didn't go out of their way just to make this game worse by removing mods from Versus, this would have been fun to use in Bleed Out Versus.
