you need:

wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
SligWolf's ModelPack
and
SProps Workshop Edition
and
improved weight

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

controls:

WASD to move

R to switch vehicle into digger movement mode and lock position

left click to spin bucket wheel

SHIFT and ALT to control bucket wheel excavator wheel arm

a dupe by "FireFox" was partly used to act as a stable "frame" for the upper area due to weight and stability issues

Also place a failsafe on the bucket wheel as 5 of my employees just got dismemebered because it didnt stop I will need you to recall bout 33 models of these.
