Rig Pig Mobile Base

Description
Rig Pig is a compact mobile base that wants for nothing. It has fuel processing, a science lab, all experiments, all sensors. Power provided exclusively by fuel cell means operating at night or in the outer solar system is no problem. VTOL thrusters make taking big jumps a marginally less suicidal proposition than it would normally be in something like this.
