Angry German Kid/Keyboard Crasher Charger Voice Replacement

The VERY first mod I have ever attempted to create. That being said, I am not 100% sure if it will work properly...

I wanted to create a voice mod for the Charger, seeing that there weren't any that really tickled my fancy, so I came up with this little mod, replacing the Charger's voice with everybody's favorite rage-enduced, keyboard smashing German boy. It seemed suitable (to me, at least), and I know there are other Angry German Kid voice mods for some other special infected, but dang it, I needed to replace the Charger's voice, as it is one of the few special infected that hasn't been neutered by mods in my computer's L4D2.

Really, it's just for my personal use, and seeing that I am unsure that it will work 100%, I'd say don't even touch this mod (YET), until I can confirm that it works.

Once I get it to work, I'll try my best to upload a video showing off this mod.

Anyways, best of luck that my first mod works, and if it does actually manage to work, then I hope others may also enjoy it!
