Pikachu's Party Hat

Description
So Hat in Time has hit a million copies sold, and so it is time for Hat Kid to celebrate! And what is a celebration without silly hats?

And so, I give to you the staple party hat, but not just any cone-shaped party hat! This one is from everyone's favorite electric rat, Pikachu, from Smash!

This mod comes with 4 Brewing hat flairs, all obtainable via the roulette wheel. First is the blue hat (see thumbnail). This is directly from Smash 4 with no texture edits. The next two are red and green texture edits, make to look like the red and green alts from Smash 64. The final is a more in-depth edit to make the hat dye compatible. It's even pattern dye compatible!

So don your cone hats and let's get this crazy party started!

That being said, since they stopped using the party hat on more than one costume in Melee, I did have to not only edit the texture to replicate the red and green hats from Smash 64, but also to create the texture for the dyable one.

The hat relates to Pikachu because it is the specific party hat he wears in the Super Smash Bros. Series, in fact I had literally taken it off the blue Pikachu model ripped from Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
