VERT (Vernon-Eden Racing Technologies) started out as the Vernon Co., a small Canadian company specialized in AG technologies used in a variety of cold and snowy conditions. Though quite niche, their products quickly gained a following for their durability and high-quality, from the wild arctic expanses to the slopes of posh ski resorts.

The founder of the company, Michael Vernon, was also an AG racing connoisseur, and began work on a prototype craft that could be used for traditional races, as well as endurance events on snow trails across the globe. Despite good financial health, the family-owned Vernon Co. was not equipped to face the cost of maintaining a world-class team for more than a race, much less an entire season.
Vernon then started to look for investors to support his dream, which caught the attention of Eden.

Eden is a Chinese consortium with hands on any lucrative business in Asia. Seeking to expand their brand overseas, and with the growing popularity of AG racing across the world, they naturally sought to have a team of their own. Rumors of an upcoming concurrent, state-backed team, pushed Eden to pick up the Vernon project to get on the racing market as quickly as possible.


Thus, VERT was born, a joint effort of both groups. The "brain" of the team is situated in Revelstoke, BC, Canada. They oversee everything that has to do with design, engineering, basically anything related to R&D.
Meanwhile, the Eden HQ in Shenzhen, China, functions as the main manufacturing and testing facility, as well as the center of marketing and overall public relationship matters.


Although the power dynamics between the small business and the economic giant have been quite rocky at times, the Whitecap 2159 is finally ready to hit the track. It is fitted with one of the best shields of the competition, reflecting its hardened heritage and the original vision of Vernon. Though not the fastest ship on the grid, nor the most offensive, VERT as high hopes their pilots will outlast their opponents and maneuver with finesse their way to victory.

Two rookies to the circuit are set to make their debut as pilots for the team : Juliette Vernon, daughter of Michael Vernon and long time employee of her father's company, and Ren Kuang, a young prodigy who made himself a name on the Macau racing scene.


Hey everyone ! This is my first ship for BallisticNG and this was my first time using Blender. I fell in love with the game and really wanted to give a try at creating content for this bad boy. I tried my best to make it fit the overall aesthetics of the game. Any feedback is appreciated, especially in terms of stats balancing.
