Custom Crisis Experience (Policy)

Description
CUSTOM CRISIS TRIGGERING POLICIES

**A bug with 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 prevents Swarm and Contingency from purging planets, I have modded an *untested* fix. Please feel free to try this and let me know if your poor pops finally get the fate they deserve!**

CRISIS PURGE FIX (2.2.2/.3)

Creates three policies that allow players (not AI) to manually trigger any or all of the three end-game crisis at any time.

Unlike SJW's, these policies are ONLY triggered when YOU want them to be!

Yes, they can all fire at the same time.

Not activating any of the policies will still allow one of the crisis to trigger naturally, just like they would if the policy didn't exist. That said, because the natural triggers are based on a crisis having NOT occurred yet, activating any or all of these policies WILL prevent the natural triggering of a crisis later in the game.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

These triggers maintain the vanilla "mean" times. Meaning once you trigger the policy, you may have to wait 200-800 days for the event to begin.

While I have tested these triggers, I have not tested them under every concievable situation. If for any reason you find anything not working properly, please post a comment.

I originally created these policies to only appear once the requirements (AI empire/synthetic pops/jump drive technology/Etc) for the vanilla triggers existed in game. I have re-written them to be always available.

MY OTHER MODS

Easy Mode Policies 2.2 - Eight. four-tiered policies allowing players to customize bonuses from resource generation and research speed, to military strength.

Pre 2.2 Imperial Prerogative - Removes the post 2.2 requirements of 1 previous perk to choose Imperial PRerogative.

1. Does this mod work on save-games?
2. Does this mod work after a natural crisis has been triggered already?
3. Does this mod work if I set the Crisis Strength modifier to "Off" in the game setup?

@Law_Dog You're welcome. And don't rush yourself, I wish you the best of luck in this undoubtly stressful time.

For those of you who have expirienced the purging issues with the endgame crisis, I dsicover Glavius' AI mod has corrected it. When I have some free time I will DL his mod and if he will allow me to, possibly pull the purge fix out of the larger mod and link it here. I don't use his mod either, so it will require some leg work. I will ask for patience as I am currently attempting to buy and sell a home, with a child on the way in a week. As soon as I have some free time, I will pull it all together.

@captainKampfkeks The short answer is, I don't know. I do not use ZoFE and had not considered it. Honestly, all my mods are mods I made for myself and posted/improved in the hopes some portion of the community would enjoy them. That said, I will get with the creators (I know it is super popular) and see how I might make this mod either compatable, or make a companion mod that would do the same thing, and perhaps expand into triggering some of the events they undoubtedly scripted into ZoFE. Thank you for the question though, it raises an interesting possibility.

Soo, do you know how this would fare with ZoFE?

Just so you folks know, I recently discovered the devs left the line "TODO" or, To Do...in the crisis script for purging planets. I'm trying to figure out if there is an existing fix right now or, if not, how to fix it myself. Keep an eye out for a link to an existing, or soon to exist, mod for it.

Thanks. I hate not knowing if, or when, a crisis will happen. I want them to be guarenteed, dang it!
