Less Hegemonic Imperialists

Description
Are you tired of having a galaxy full of Hegemonic Imperialists? Me too. So I created this mod to make them appear less frequently.

In the "00_personalities.txt" I lowered the weight for HIs from 5 -> 2. This should make them spawn less often.

I tested it with 15 and 9 AI empires and the usual number was around 3, though saw games where 0 or 4 spawned.

I hope it helps you achieving a galaxy with less Hegemonic Imperialists.

Hey dude,

This mod only changes one line in the "00_personalities.txt" where you could set weigths for different kinds of empires to spawn. I haven't been playing Stellaris much lately so I'm not really up to date on the changes.

Since it only changes the spawn rate of empires, I'd say it shouldn't have any problems with newer updates.

But if something cocks up after you install the mod (you'll probably be fine) please let me know, and I'll look into it.

Will this mod work with 3.1? That update contained a *lot* of under-the-hood changes...

does this work in 2.7.2?

Nice! H/I's are pretty much the most boring of all the AI profiles, I'm glad to see them be less common!

Okay. Sounds like a simple fix that’s unlikely to interfere with most other mods. And I did see the Forum thread last month...

Peter34 - I lowered the weight for Hegemonic Imperialists so they should spawn less often.

How exactly is this achieved?
