Better Ships - Elithian Walls

This is a part of the Better Ships mod collection.
Adds Elithian Races species ship hull objects and tiles that can be placed in order to seamlessly divide the ship's walls. Also adds an Elithian Races species "Ship Console" crafting station that allows to pixel-print those parts, and also craft Elithian Races species ship objects like S.A.I.L. Interfaces, Storage Lockers, Fuel Hatchs, Doors, etc.

- ADDED: Ship hull parts. Modular pieces of the Elithian Races species ship that can be placed in order to make seamless internal walls on the ship.
- ADDED: Ship Console. Crafting station that prints hull parts using pixels. Doubles as a way to craft ship objects like fuel hatches, SAIL consoles, teleporters, etc, using salvage items.
- CHANGED: Moved recipes for the storage locker and doors
(from the T2 Furniture Crafting Table, to the Ship Console).

1 Titanium Bar + 1 AA Battery + 1 Salvaged Actuator = Ship Door/Hatch
1 Titanium Bar + 2 Glass + 1 Salvaged Thruster Nozzle = Fuel Hatch
1 Titanium Bar + 2 Glass + 4 Wire + 1 Salvaged Interface Chip = Ship Console
2 Titanium Bar + 4 Glass + 4 Wire + 1 Salvaged Interface Chip = SAIL Console
4 Titanium Bar + 1 Teleporter Core + 1 Salvaged Nano Receptacle = SAIL Console
1 Durasteel Bar + 1 Salvaged Armor Plating = Storage Locker
1 Durasteel Bar + 8 Wire + 1 Static Cell + 1 Salvaged Proton Limiter = Ship Locker
(All recipes are unlocked upon obtaining a Ship Console - which can be bought with Penguin Pete)

Imm's Objects and Tile Tweaks : While not required to make this mod work, it's HIGHLY recommended, since it changes the icons for ship objects so they're easier to tell apart.
