Every nation in the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) treats each other's citizens as EU.

Should be able to work with any database as long as there are no changes in AGREEMENTS.

*No noticable gameplay changes will take place if the competition(s) you are playing only have foreigner rules and no EU rules*
