Description

Xeno Compatibility ascension perk no longer requires Xenophile.

Base weight is low so AI shouldn't pick it unless they're Xenophilic. Else weight should be about the same.

---UPDATE---

The mod originally needed non-Xenophobe, but the faction system meant that if you had even a single xenophobe then you couldn't pick the perk. Now it's available to everyone, but Xenophobe AIs should have a pick weight of 0.
