Allows you to plant trees in hydroponic basins,this just work outside

If you want this to work indoors:

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods\Core\Defs\ThingDefs_Plants\Plant_Bases

Edit inside <ThingDef ParentName="PlantBase" Name="TreeBase" Abstract="True">

<mustBeWildToSow>false</mustBeWildToSow>
<interferesWithRoof>false</interferesWithRoof>

If you have a mod that replaces that line directly it wont work,
anyway i dont support this may cause some bugs, (roof building with wild trees)
