Does this allow an empire with an Overwhelming relative power to demand vassalization,instead of the vanilla game's asinine protectorate alternative? Or is that untouched?

I can confirm that data and interface overflow has been happening since 2.2 hit. You should have seen the Colonist Selection screen mid-late game once there were 5 million different versions of every pop in the Galaxy.

Can't confirm that this is the case, but just saying that vanilla 2.2 had all kinds of bogus data and interface overflow.

I don't think that's an issue of this mod. I've had that happen in a totally vanilla game. It seems like it's a 2.2 issue.

I saw that, too, change incoming :)

I recommend lowering this to 1,000--as I have had the number overflow somewhere towards the upper bound where it goes to an absurd negative number.
