Description
Collaboration with Skymall, I did the model and base textures and he did the paint and decal work. Has custom made engine sounds and cockpit.

---------------------------------------------------

With AGRT securing themselves as both an industrial company through the Atrama and as a racing group with the Likimas, they were on their way to building up a large reputation as some of the best construction vehicles on the market. It was around this time that the Eqbal corporation turned their sights to AGRT, looking to potentially enhance their own racing prowess through a partnership, as well as offering to bring aboard the engineers behind the Comet craft, including Mack Sabre and the engineers from Classic Dream. The agreement was made, and initial development started.
Things went smoothly at first. The proposal called for a similiar tri-engine link to the comet, which AGRT's own engineers were familiar with working on thanks to the Likimas. What they weren't expecting was the top-end that Classic Dream was expecting to achieve with the craft, along with Mack's own insistances. AGRT okayed the engine plans without thinking much of it, Drafting the rest of the craft along a similiar shape form to most other vehicles on the circuit. Eqbal provided an exceptionally stable anti-grav system they had bought from MTech, knowing that AGRT had issues with keeping vehicles vertically stable on the track.
After testing came in for the engine's first physical test, Mack was simply not happy with the top-end, demanding a larger thrust value. Alongside Classic Dream, he presented a design for a significantly larger thrust system and powerplant, possibly larger than anything fielded on the racetrack so far. AGRT's own engineers were unbelievably frustrated at this, with an argument breaking out over the fact the craft would have to be redesigned from scratch to fit the new engines. After awhile they budged and begrudgingly went along with it.

When the new engine was manufactured and tested, it provided a pretty insane thrust value, but was far too strong for it's own good. The engine could very easily melt itself if it reached it's absolute top-end, and the cooling system AGRT designed for the craft hadn't been changed to go alongside the new engine, thinking it would have been enough to handle the higher heat expected from the numbers in drafting. The craft's frame was partly through fabrication at this point, and there wasn't a whole lot of ways they could think of to make the craft not cook itself alive.
So, some major revisions happened midway through the project, building a massive air intake onto the underside, leaving the two side engines partly exposed to the air, removing fancier platings from the underside that left some integral systems exposed to open air. An exceptionally strong shield module was built into the nose of the craft in hopes that they could keep the whole mess together if it had atleast a good field output feeding off the rediculous powerplant of the craft. After an argument that lead to throwing things, weapon lodging became almost an afterthought, tossing them onto low-handing hull pauldrons under the side engines to just get them out of the way.

And then came the issue of the pilot compartment getting really hot, which the whole team started screaming obsenities about the fact this was never once taken into account. Reports of staff actually throwing piping at each other have been stated, but are unconfirmed.
So, the frame had to be hastily revised AGAIN to make sure cooked/dehydrated pilots didn't become an issue. Rather than go and rebuild the cooling system, they instead compartmentalized the cockpit with it's own cooling feed directly. After a point this compartmentalized cockpit became a safety issue, so AGRT built the cockpit into it's own ejection pod should the craft ever tear apart. (A very likely possibility, if you were to have asked any of the staff who worked on the thing at the time.)
Thankfully, the craft's agility and turning wasn't affected much by the changes, with the side engines being able to throttle independently of the main by design, as well as the winglets on top having useful airbrakes, despite the amount of drift they could generate.

What the team finally put out by the end was a beast at the end of a very short leash. While they managed to solve some of the structural fragility with some vented plating, it still looked like it could fall apart with a sneeze, had a top-end that could literally melt the craft if not for a limiter put in place, and incredibly poor weapon damage despite how heavy the craft became after all the changes.
Regardless, the craft performed better than anyone could have expected, beating out alot of other teams on technical courses that often proved troublesome. It acceled in hairpins and hard turns despite the high chance to over-turn the craft sometimes presented from the engine throttling.

Many arguments between Eqbal and AGRT's top staff and engineers were had about why the vehicle needed any of these revisions, or even why the craft deviated so harshly from it's initial, fairly sound draft. In the end, nobody was willing to budge on what they wanted the craft to be. The schematics for the final craft read like an autopsy chart to new staff whenever it's time to fabricate a new craft or parts. Anyone asked about the project tends to be very cagey about the details, and often end any conversation with "It may be good, but seriously, ♥♥♥♥ that damned thing."

I'll have to update it to the new format to do that. I haven't really gotten around to it yet.

The cockpit is great.
could you add visible stats to the ship someday?

It would be nice to have high res textures on the engine trails.
