Cheaper Bulldozing & Terraforming

Description
Set cheaper bulldozing (10x) and terraforming (2x) in game config.

You can permanently change these settings by editing
\Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever\res\config\base_config.lua

This mod simply lets you enable/disable the setting via the game GUI by enabling/disabling the mod.
