The Sunshine Coast: Make your own Miami

Description
Feel the Sunshine! This map is inspired by my beautiful home, Florida: The Sunshine State. I live South East, wedged inbetween Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. Within a 20 mintue drive west is the Everglades and an hour and half drive south, South Beach. So in this map I attempted to emulate some of the common features of my home region.

With virtually no topographical variation and extreme river and water way coverage, you can let your imagination run wild! Will you conquer the coasts and make culturally diverse cities: full of art, music, and beach parties. Like the famed streets and avenues of South beach or Wynwood? Or will you construct a more laid back Town: full of residential areas, libraries, quaint eateries, natural preserves, and Hardwood Hammocks. like Homestead, Parkland or Deerfield Beach.
Will you take control of the Everglades, using its flow for a constant, self purifiying source of pristine water for your citizens. Or will you dare to drain the Glades of its waters for the fertile grounds that lie beneath?

What's the map theme needed for this? I've subbed to all the required items, but it still says the custom map theme is missing.

Hey, I'm glad I found your map! I suggest you putting the word "Miami" somewhere in the description... I think it will make this searchable to a larger number of people. ;-)
